RNA sequencing was performed on the transcriptomes of amygdalar ITCs from Tshz1 GFP/+ embryonic mice (controls) and Tshz1GFP/RA embryonic mice (knockouts) in order to identify genes functioning downstream of Tshz1 in the development of these cells.
