To understand differential gene expression globally with/without poly I:C treatment on liver cancer mouse model, RNA-seq analysis were examined using diethlynitrosamine-induced Shp2H (Shp2F/F:Alb-cre) and PtenH (PtenF/F:Alb-cre) mice.
