The lineage of the horizontal basal cells (HBC) stem cells and other Sox2eGFP-positive cells from the olfactory epithelium were profiled by single-cell RNA-Seq to identify differentiated cells types, intermediate stages, transition states, and to infer the lineage trajectories.
