GSE142022: RNA-seq profiling of astrocytes after microglial ablation

Astrocytes become activated in a mouse model of microglial ablation. We isolated astrocytes from hippocampus after microglial ablation, and performed RNA-seq analyses to reveal gene expression profile of activated astrocytes.
