GSE106384: Transcript analysis of CD45+Ter119+CD71+ erythroid-like progenitor cells from tumor-bearing mice

We report the application of RNA sequencing technology for high-throughput profiling of transcriptome in mammalian cells. By this method, we report that the CD45+ EPC transcriptome resembled that of MDSCs.
