GSE106364: Transcriptomic signature of spinal cord from SOD1 G86R mice

We report transcriptomic dysregulations in the spinal cord of symptomatic SOD1 G86R mice by RNA sequencing. We found that genes related to immune system, lysosom, and sphingolipids had altered level of expression.
