GSE129082: Analysis of ARID3A and ARID3B regulated genes by RNA-seq

Bulk RNA sequencing

In ovarian cancer cells ARID3A, ARID3B, or both genes were expressed exogenously with lentivirus. Cells were sorted based on expression level using fluoescent tags.
