GSE120800: Differentially expressed (DE) genes analysis in synovial fluid mesenchymal stem cells (SF-MSCs), SF-MSC derived iPSCs and iPSC derived MSCs (iPSC-MSCs)

Bulk RNA sequencing

We report the application of next-generation sequencing (NGS) to analysis the gene expression profile among three different cells:SF-MSCs, iPSCs and iPSC-MSCs.
