GSE141629: Transcriptional changes upon Jagn1 loss in LPS-stimulated plasmablasts.

We report that Jagn1-deficiency is associated with alterations in the ER of antibody-producing cells and decreased immunoglobulin levels. By doing QuantSeq of FACS-sorted CD22-CD138+ plasmablasts, we found several differentially expressed genes in Jagn1DB knock-out mice. SOURCE: Maria Novatchkova IMP/IMBA
