GSE128860: Identification of FMRP targets in human neural progenitors and neurons

We identified FMRP-bound RNAs in hPSC (human pluripotent stem cells)-differentiated forebrain neuroprogenitors (NPCs) and neurons using crosslinking immunoprecipitation (CLIP) coupled to high-throughput sequencing.
