GSE122489: Expression data for murine hepatocellular carcinoma in WT and Top1mt-/- mice

Murine hepatocellular carcinoma of similar size were collected from WT and Top1mt-/- livers. Total RNA was isolated from tumors of 3 mice for each genotype.; We used RNA-seq to compare the genes differentially expressed between WT and Top1mt-/- murine HCC.
