GSE136368: RNA Sequencing of Intratumoral Immune Populations in Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma Following Radiotherapy and Interleukin 12 Treatment

We report differential gene expression in inflammatory monocyte (IM), tumor-associated macrophage (TAM), and CD8 T cell populations following stereotactic body radiation (SBRT), intratumoral interleukin 12 microsphere (IL-12 MS) delivery, and SBRT/IL-12 MS combination. Immune cell populations were sorted from orthotopic murine pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDA) tumors prior to RNA sequencing.
