GSE128688: Effects on gene expression of ibrutinib treatment in human stem cells-derived atrial- and ventricular-like cardiomyocytes

To gain further insight into the mechanisms underlying the different response of atrial- and ventricular-like cardiomyocytes to ibrutinib, we performed RNA-seq in ibrutinib- or vehicle-treated atrial and ventricular cardiomyocytes and investigate the differential expression genes as well as enriched molecular pathways.
