GSE136105: Gene expression profiling in lung and breast cancer cells treated by Bloom-specific siRNAs

Bulk RNA sequencing

A549 and MDA-MB-231 cells were transfected with the Bloom-specific siRNA. Total RNA was extracted using Trizol at 48 hours after transfection. RNA-SEQ was carried out to profile the gene expression in both culture conditions. SOURCE: Bin Shan (bin.shan@wsu.edu) - Washington State University
