GSE147327: Single-cell RNA sequencing of wildtype and miR-146a deficient T cells from mice treated with anti-PD-1 therapy

We observed increased severity of immune related adverse events (irAEs) to anti-PD-1 therapy as well as enhanced T cell effector function in miR-146a deficient mice compared to wildtype (WT) mice.
