GSE149690: Gene expression for circFAM120A knockdown by RfxCas13d/BSJ-gRNA or shRNA in human 293FT cells

Deep sequencing datasets are used for gene expression analysis. Knockdown of circFAM120A by BSJ-gRNA or shRNA revealed that the BSJ-gRNA-mediated knockdown showed a much higher correlation with gene expression compared to shRNA.
