GSE110947: Transcriptomes of Hemin exposed trained monocytes

Bulk RNA sequencing

Innate immune memory is the phenomenon whereby innate immune cells such as monocytes or macrophages undergo functional reprogramming after exposure to microbial components. In this study we apply RNA-seq analysis to healthy human monocytes exposed to Hemin, a danger-associated signal, and B-glucan, a yeast sugar, in vitro.
