DLX4 is a member of DLX family of mammalian homeobox genes and cis linked sister gene of Dlx3. Misexpression of Dlx4 is associated with tumorigenicity.; However,Dlx4 role in epidermal development and homeostasis is not characterized.; In this study, we compared Wild type (DLX4-WT) and DLX4 deficient (DLX4-KO) Skin transcriptomes.
