GSE103183: Transcriptional profiles of female VMHpvlm and VMHpvll

Bulk RNA sequencing

To investigate whether female VMHpvlm and VMHpvll have distinct transcriptional profiles, we conducted RNAseq onto these subnuclei that were microdissected by laser capture microdissection.
