GSE107915: Loss of Capicua alters early T cell development and predisposes mice to T cell lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma

Thymic lymphomas were dissected from Cic adult knockout mice or wildtype mice transplanted with Cic adult knockout progenitors. Tissues were snap-frozen in liquid nitrogen until further analysis.
