GSE128224: Whole blood RNAseq following live attenuated influenza vaccine in Gambian children

The goal of this study was to identify differentially expressed genes between pre-vaccination and day 2 post-vaccination with LAIV in children aged 2 - 4 years old who seroconvert to LAIV.
